Abbey Hayward
Chief of Staff
Proxy to co-founder, president, CEO on key decisions and relationships across organizations. Board management and communication.
Produced conferences and special events, including a 10,000 person benefit concert booking 20 top talent artists in under a month.
Fundraising management: led series B corporate diligence developing an information architecture for 500+ corporate documents, gatekeeping release and distribution; including researched and drafted of white-paper and marketing materials for security token offering.
Director of Finance and Operations
Built playbook for rapid launch of Field Operations (office-in-a-box) for high-growth startup including all internal processes, procedures, and SOPs; proprietary development of SaaS based supply chain management system — including use of emerging technologies like OCR for risk management; selection of hardware components and product management; all hiring processes & procedures; capacity & resource planning; risk analysis and mitigation; people management, and career development.

Chief of Compliance
Roadmapping and automation of controls for ISO 27001, PCI, and the general data protection regulation (GDPR). Successfully implemented ISO standards and improved business relations with international government agencies.
Led security token offering (STO), including all KYC (know your customer) and AML (anti-money laundering) efforts for multinational fundraise, with SEC/FINRA oversight, managing investor administration and securities distribution for over $50M in contributions.
Director of Global Technology Project Management Office and Process
Enterprise rollout of a complete and comprehensive security & compliance and regulatory certification program. Working across HR, Operations, Business Development, Engineering, and IT I led a team to create a holistic program, building Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, Change Management, Incident Response, Security Awareness, and a Policy Body resulting in PCI level 1 certification 3x annually, SSAE16 certification, and passing multiple annual client audits. Also reduced annual incurred SLA fines from $500,000 annually to $0. Offices in scope: San Francisco, Atlanta, Sydney, Shanghai.
Multi-phased global migration of all contact center telephony from on-premise Avaya to cloud contact center, LiveOps. Including exhaustive discovery phase of mapping more than 200 global phone trees and rebuild of all flows. Resulting in annual savings of over $1m in costs, and completed with no downtime.
